Hey friends! Oh man, today's my 2nd last day in Hawaii. Decided to stay home today because I've been so exhausted from traveling about the 3 days. Packed my luggage and wow, I'm surprised I still have a teeny tiny bit more space! Well, that means tomorrow I better go and shop for the last time hah!

Really enjoyed myself the past few days, went around visiting places my parents wouldn't really choose to visit (freedom oh yeah~~~) and I'm glad I went on this little adventure! Took the Waikiki trolley, you can say it's an open air bus and it brings you around town and on scenic tours! Visited Diamond Head, and it's so amazing! Previous times I came with my family, we just sat on the bus but this time, I actually walked inside the crater for a while. For those of you who don't know, Diamond Head is actually a volcano but it's not erupting anymore. You can actually hike up to the top where the view is just spectacular but nah, too hot for me hehe! After that, I visited the Honolulu Zoo. It's really different from the Singapore Zoo, this one they really bother to make the zoo ambiance feel like a safari so that the animals will feel like they are at 'home'. It's quite cool because there was this section (Keiki Zoo, where children could learn more about animals) where I got to touch many goats and watch them sleep -.- Chased peacocks around too hah! Uncle Jun brought Marky and I up to some mountain after Marky's school one day, and I saw (almost) the whole Oahu! Ok, maybe half of Oahu hah! It was just so breathtaking...
Also went to the International Market. This is a very iconic market, it's kinda like a pasar malam and it's very famous because they sell really cheap shirts/bracelets/necklaces and other things, but sadly, it's gonna be TORN DOWN END OF THIS YEAR and the government is going to build a mall -.- Seriously..... Every single year I come to Hawaii, I never fail to not go to International Market, and now it's gonna be demolished. Oh well, at least I got to visit it for the last time! Went to the King Kamehameha Statue and Kawaiahao Church too :) Of course, it's a MUST to go to Waikiki beach so yes I went there too. Also had IHOP for breakfast one day, it's the BEST BREAKFAST!!While on the trolley, we passed by a ship that was actually used in the filming of Pirates of the Carribean! (ahoy mate on board the pirate ship~) Also passed by the Aloha Tower. If you go up to the 10th floor, you can have a panoramic view of Oahu!
Well, I guess I'll continue to blog when I go back. This is just a short sum up of the past few days. Hawaii, you've been amazing :)
