POMPEII AH POMPEII!! 3 more days to #FMSFBC2014 and I'm so pumped up for it! Had trial camp today and even though it was just a trial, I'm really drained by today and I can't wait to sleep.. Had loads of fun cheering and going crazy with my friends though! :) Pretty excited for our dance performance for finale night too! We're finally perfecting it and I'm really proud of everyone :')

Headed to XJ's church yesterday for an amazing time of worship and an awesome sermon! Chris Tomlin came to lead worship and I love all the songs he sang, he sang 'Our God' which is like my all-time favourite song and I'll never get sick of that! It was just a great time being in His presence and praising Him! Pastor Louie Giglio also came to preach and the sermon was just mindblowing! (I guess his sermon was entitled 'Astronomical Grace' because he kept talking about the universe and linking stuff so ya..) I took away so much from this session and I feel really uplifted now! God believes in every single one of us, that's why He created us in the first place and He was the one who breathed life into us so we are definitely not accidental nor incidental. During the sermon, Pastor Giglio kept talking about the universe and showed us many photos of the stars/Milky Way/different parts of the universe. I feel like it's even out of my mind to even comprehend how big God is. We live on earth, which is in the Milky Way, which is just a little part of the huge universe (go google it..) and can you believe our God just spoke all these things into existence and they came into place. We may be really tiny now as compared to the universe, we're just that small speck of dust but I hope we will always remember God took the time to create us and we are created in His image and we are prized! :) He's not too big to forget about us too! We need to start remembering to put Jesus in the centre, everything else is second in nature. Jesus wants to have THE ULTIMATE #1 PLACE in our hearts! :)

Helloooo! It's been so long, and I've been super busy with school! Okay, more like busy with camp preparations camp finale performance! It's so exciting I can't wait for camp! :) The only thing I'm dreading is surprisingly the end of camp, because I'm really enjoying the process of the preparation and meeting my tribe almost everyday haha! Well, basically I'm living the life of a dancer lately and now I really salute dancers. We have to practise so hard just for a short performance and it's already so exhausting, what more professional dancers or even the NRA students in NP...

Caught 'The House of Bernada Alba' last week with Boon! Michelle crashed the free kueh session hahaha aunty-moments! Good play, not my usual musical-play, it's really theatre-play so it was nice to watch something different! Went for XJ's youth's Unlimited Praise with Gee last Saturday, the songs spoke so much to me, go listen to 'Sinking Deep' because it's such a beautiful song, extremely meaningful :) Thankful to have been able to catch up with friends despite the busyness of camp prep, in particular hanging out with my juniors! Watched Non-Stop with Eunice and XJ on Monday and we decided to catch Captain America just now, 2 movies in a week living the rich life~~ Haha who am I kidding... But really, these 2 shows are awesome! I can't wait for Captain America 3 to come out and Avengers 2 ahhhhhhh! And I had SMU pasta again, let me see, 2x this week haha! Crazy right, the aunty totally recognises us now since we go there every week, she should seriously implement a loyalty card system!

Less than a week to camp, just 2 more days to Chris Tomlin (FULL OUT WORSHIP SESSION ON SUNDAY CAN'T WAIT!), trial camp on Monday, thank You God for an exciting life :) Since all the tribe videos are out, guess I'm also able to upload photos of our tribe now heehee it's awesome!

Need to share my achievement, haven't felt so happy in a long time! Ok no lah, actually I'm happy most of the time but this made my night so much :) Dabbled with my first roll of film and I'm really thankful the photos came out fine, even the double-exposed ones came out ok! Hopefully my next roll will be fine too, so exciting!

Sports IG on Saturday was just awesome! :) Went trekking at Mount Faber & Southern Ridges & some treetop walk. Had a good time bonding with the YFers and I really thank God for the weather! It was drizzling on my way to Harbourfront but the entire time we were trekking though there was a drizzle it was only for a few minutes! Sunny funny bunny day!

Pompeii took 2 days to film our video, and I'm super duper excited for the end result! Pretty tired out from the shoots even though it wasn't THAT tiring, I think waiting for my turn to film is what made me so tired.. Filmed at Woodleigh forest on Friday, I have no idea why Woodleigh is even an MRT because there is nothing there except the forest hah! We had a mini photoshoot in the forest too lol lol lol... Today's shoot was really cool because we had powder splattered all over us and the whole video's gonna be in slow-mo. Can't really share any photos now so maybe when we're nearer to camp I'll upload them! Quite thankful to be part of Pompeii because everyone seems to have a little crazy streak in them, don't know if anyone feels the same but from what I see, people are a little looney at times haha! Okay, shall hit the sack soon because I'm very very sleepy and there's dance practice the next 3 days :( POMPEII HUAT AH!
